Help with a sony 42" flat screen tv, model kf-42we610?
Does anyone out there know what it means when this particular tv flashes 4 times on standby, and wont turn on. We recently replaced the projector bulb and housing, and it worked fine, but when we moved and plugged the thing in, we are now getting 4 flashes. Any insight to this issue would be much appreciated. And any ideas on how to fix the issue would be great as well.
This is the fan failure or over temperature fault. Usually the lamp exhaust fan fails, runs too slow and contributes to early lamp failures.
