DLP procetor for computer?
So i am considering buying a DLP projector for my room as my computer screen! i hear that is expensive because you have to replace the bulb every two years or so. BUT in my case i am not using it as a t.v to have on all day long, but as my computer screen,.. i usually get home from school and turn my computer on at 5ish(p.m) and use it for a while and then i go do other things and don't turn it off until around 10ish(p.m) this is Monday- Friday and sometimes on weekends.. at this rate would i really have to replace my bulb as much as people say you do????? what should i do???
by the way the projector i was looking at is!!
Sharp XR-10X - anything better for about the same price???
I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think a computer has the right connectors to hook up a TV to your system.
A computer uses a vga or other video cable to hook up to the monitor (the blue or white headed cable coming out of the back of your monitor and going in to your PC). I simply do not think that they make the correct cables to hook your computer up to a TV.
I do not know of any, but you could search for what you want, and i'm sure you could find thousands of results for people successfully hooking up their PC to a TV.
