Should I get a projector now for xmas or wait?
I have been looking at a projector for a home theater for some time. I don't need a really high end one because I am only looking to project ontoa 72-84 inch screen.
They have a really good deal on a viewsonic pj506d svga projector. 469, but you get the screen and mount at no charge with a rebate.
I am a little worried about the warranty though. It is a xmas present so if II buy it now, I will lose half the 1 year lamp warranty that comes with it which seems like the most important part.
You should probably wait for a really good deal and make sure that its a really nice brand and it has a long warranty. I think that you should wait till later because if its going to be used later then you should wait.
