The last time I looked an apple was a fruit.

The row has come about because of a projector called Video Pod currently being developed by start-up Sector Labs.
When the dispute first began, Apple said Sector Labs' use of the word might cause confusion among customers.

In which case you'd have to be a fucking idiot. (As most Apple fans already are.) Apple puts the letter 'i' in front of EVERYTHING they make (With the expection of ''Mac Books'. Although 'Mac books' were called 'ibooks' up till about 2006 so they don't count.)so there is no way anyone could be confused (Although, as stated above, Most Apple fans are idiots)
