What size screws will fit a projector that says m4*10 next to each hole?
I want to build my own mount for a NEC VT540 projector. There are 4 mounting holes for this on the bottom. The projector did not come with any screws, but next to each of the 4 screw holes it says M4*10. The (*) symbol is actually large and the size of a full character. What does this mean? I just need to know what diameter and I guess it’s a carriage bolt?
That is the screw size. Search for M4×10 screws. Most are usually cap screws with allen heads, button or socket style.
Good luck. Any decent hardware store should have them.
