Broken Hp-070 LCD projector?

A few years ago i bought a HP-070 LCD projector. this broke a little while ago, i took it to an appropriate electrician. they found the problem but were unable to fix it as they said the part (the power supply) was no longer manufactured. can you tell me any where i could look to buy one or anything that may help to get it fixed.
Thank you in advance

If this repairman is an electrician have him fix the broken power supply... but if they aren't actually an electrician have them tell you the ratings of the power supply. A power supply is simply a fancy voltage regulator that takes wall voltage (120V AC) and converts it to what the appliance wants (generally something like (12V DC). It will also have a rated load like 200 Watts, this is how much power it can convert.

Then either find another projector with the same voltage and same or greater load and replace it; or find one on the internet separately.
