A Beginner's Guide to Projector Rental
If you find yourself needing projector rental services, there are just a few key things you want. First, you want to make sure you're getting a projector that meets your needs. Second, you want to make sure it's delivered to you in time for your event. And finally, you want to make sure you're getting an excellent deal on renting a projector.
With the tips in this short guide, you'll get everything you need to know to find the projector rental that's right for your needs. Read on to learn more.
The first thing you need to figure out is what you're going to be using the projector for. There are all different kinds of projectors designed for all different kinds of uses.
One of the most important things to consider is the room you'll be using the projector in. The brightness of projectors is measured in lumens. The brighter the room is in which you'll be using the projector, the more lumens you'll need. The darker the room, the fewer lumens that will be necessary. So, if you need some light in the room you'll be using the projector (perhaps guests need to take notes or read along), you should look for projectors with 1800 lumens or greater. This is usually ideal for presentations.
Resolution is also important. If your presentation contains images, animation, or just a lot of small details, you'll need a projector with a high resolution. However, if it's just a standard presentation, then a typical 800x600 resolution should be just fine.
Of course, if you choose a good projector rental company, they'll be able to easily assess your needs and recommend projectors that are just right for you. The key is to make sure you choose an experienced equipment rental company that has a lot of projectors to choose from and friendly customer service representatives who will give you all the help you need.
Once you know what kind of projector you need, you have to make sure the equipment rental company can get it to you fast. The best rental companies guarantee to deliver projectors and other electronic equipment to your destination overnight, no matter where you are in the nation.
This is ideal for when you need projectors on short notice. Maybe a last-minute meeting came up or you're traveling out of town to give a presentation and they don't have a projector at the meeting place. It's critical to ensure your equipment rental company delivers your projector quickly and safely.
And of course, you want to make sure you're getting the projector at a price you can afford. The costs of renting a projector vary greatly from one company to the next, and if you aren't paying attention, you could end up paying a lot more than you have to for your projector.
What's the solution?
The only way to guarantee you get a good price is to choose an equipment rental company that offers guaranteed low rates. This means that they promise to give you the best available price for renting a projector, and if you find it cheaper elsewhere, they have to match or beat the price to keep their word.
So make sure you spend a little time doing your homework online. You need to choose an equipment rental company that's fast, affordable, and reliable.

Projector 800x600 vs. 1024x768?
I am looking to buy a projector but can not decide which res. 800x600 vs. 1024x768
I want to watch films and DVDs. the Max size would be around 70 Inch . and I am not playing games, is 800x600 enough? thanks
Thanks for your answers.
I know 1024x768, but what i meant was, in a 70in, can I tell the diffrence? for example if I watch a DVD or VCD on the Laptop I can not tell the diffrence. so how about 800x600 vs. 1024x768 on 70 In
for a 70in it should be fine unless you want better quality lets say you use blu ray then you may want to get the 1024x768.
