High definition into a low definition TV?

I have a HD satelite receiver that outputs high definition through hdmi which is fine for my ceiling projector but it doesn’t alow for regular hookups to my tv. I have both units in the same room and the tv is used the most. Is there a converter that will take a digital hdmi 780 or dvi-d input and put out composite, or s video for a 480 i tv

You should be able to select the output on your satellite for 480i/720i or 1080i. If you can select 480i for when you want to watch on your TV, this should work.
