Please Help! Is this projector good for gaming use?
I recently purchased radio shack's gigaware micro projector but it wasn't clear at all it was blurry even though I was using projection screen so I returned it. I just wanted to know will nec vt440 projector be sharper and clearer image when I play my wii and xbox 360? I don't want too expensive projector and also I already purchased Nec vt440 projector. It's an older svga projector which means you'll get some screen-door effect from it. It also has a low contrast ration so the blacks will look grey and you'll need a very dark room for best picture. That said, it's still good for the Wii, especially considering you probably didn't pay much for it. Next time, you might want to look for a 16:9 native aspect ratio wxga or 720p) and higher contrast ratio. I think you'll be happy with the vt440 though
