DATA PROJECTOR AND LED PROJECTOR?
Purchased Mitsubishi xd206u-g data - thought i did the research, can this model be used as a home theater projector- our screen is 120 inch, we selected 16:9 picture will not cover the screen.
Did you buy this recently? This projector hasn't been made in 3 years. The native resolution is 1024x768 at a 4:3 aspect ratio which is a standard screen not widescreen but it should project an image between 60"-250". You can use it for Home Theater, but you will have black bars on the top and bottom of screen for DVDs and HD material just like when you watch on an older TV. You have to set your cable/satellite box and your DVD/Blu-Ray players to 4:3 aspect ratio so the image will look normal and not stretched.
