Selecting LCD Projector Rental Provider
LCD projector rental service providing is another booming market, a component of audio visual rental industry. The reason why availing of rental services has become a viable option for people who need this equipment is that it is cost-effective. Renting is practical than buying when you do not actually need the stuff all the time such as LCD projector.
The first thing to do when renting the equipment is to locate a projector rental provider. Through search engine like Google, Bing and Yahoo, you can find one. Choose the sites that are on top of other website in the search engine results page. When you are looking for service provider online, you need to type the right keyword in order to find what you are searching for. Search engines nowadays are becoming better in delivering relevant and useful search results.
Once you have at least five sites, the next thing to do is to cut-short your list. You have to contact each site about the prices and inquire about what services are included. If you have found the provider you think is best among the rest, tell them that you would avail the service. And here are other things you need to do in order to make your rental experience go smoothly.
(a) All rental providers provide you the contract that you will be signing. Reading the contract carefully and critically is important. Avoid offers that are not necessary such as adding up certain amount to avail other equipment that are not necessary. Although some of the offers are tempting, you need to be focused enough in order not to be swayed. Or else, you might end up spending more than the amount that is supposed to be enough for purchasing.
(b) You have to inform the administrator where you are going to use the equipment. If you are going to bring it for business travel, make sure that it is also indicated in the contract.
(c) You also have to check the equipment. Ask the administrator if you do not have enough knowledge about specifications. If you are going to use it for conference with big audience, then you need high end specifications. Check on the brightness and clarity of the resolution.
(d) Most of the LCD projector rental service providers also include sound system. You have to test the quality of sound if it is enough to fill the lecture hall or fill the small conference room.
(e) Ask also for the equipment accessories and be informed how you are going to use them.
(f) The most important consideration is to know the replacement or repair policy. This is for your protection just in case the one you have rented would go wrong while in the middle of delivering your business presentation.

Best AGP graphics card for my pc?
I've just built up an ASRock 775i65G Motherboard with a pentium D 3.4GHz (overclocked to 3.8GHz liquid cooled), 1066 MHz FSB, 2x2MB L2 Cache. 2GB of Crucial Ballistix PC4000 RAM.
I'm running an ATI Radeon 9600, with 256MB. And some games are still a bit sluggish at high resolution setting (1280x960 or higher). I also use the pc as a media center with an LCD projector connected to the second VGA port and need to be able to run 2 high demand graphics tasks at the same time, eg. watching a film/TV on the projector while doing CAD work ot video editing on the monitor.
What would be the best AGP graphics card, money no object (within reason)?
How important are number of pipelines or pixels shader processors?
Any ideas or suggestions ?????
I just bought a SAPPHIRE 100146UL Radeon X1600XT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card for my Media Center.
The reason I chose this is it can display full HD signals without stutter, and it is silent. This is a HUGE advantage, which you already understand given that your using water cooling. I paid $87.00 for mine, which I also considered reasonable.
The gaming side will be quick but not perfect. In my gaming rig I run the ATI X1950 series, but it gets loud when displaying graphically intense proccesses like gaming or HD.
However you might mitigate that using the water cooler for the x1950 Video Card, if money is not a big deal.
----Additional----
Oh Crud, you said AGP not PCIE, In that case I would go with the ATI All-In-Wonder® 2006 edition. However you will be happier in the long run by upgrading to PCIE.
