Please help me find a decent mini projector for a laptop?
We are doing a trade show display and I plan on having a small, 24'' by 32'' portable projection screen up for some info on what we do with photos, slideshow, music, etc. Do I need a projector for this? Is there one that hooks up to my laptop that will do the job? I'm dense when it comes to this. Thanks for any advice....I need to keep price around 300$ or less.
A projector usually projects images from 30" and up to standard wall sizes. Your portable screen is too small for a typical projector.. you would be better off using a white wall. Most projectors are USB and can connect to your laptop so you can give a Powerpoint presention or whatever your laptop shows. The prices start at $400 for one, so I would suggest borrowing one or you can use a LCD monitor to display instead if you have a smaller crowd. Most laptops have a blue VGA connector in the back that will allow you to do this.
