This projector is sick! Peroid. I bought this projector on Dec, twenty three 2010 and it arrived on Christmas Eve. two hours out of the box it had been up and running perfectly. The instulation was quicker than usual as a result of I had a infocus lp640 put in previously. the sole reason it took that long to put in was as a result of the janky, therefore referred to as "universal" overpriced mount that I bought from Worst purchase, was universal solely to regarding two models of projectors on the market...go figure. Anyway once retrofitting the mount,and a couple of changes..splakaw!! Perfect!
After turning this factor on, and with zero image changes the image,brightness and black levels were nice, particularly when put next to the infocus that I had been using. The infocus was ok however solely as a result of I had nothing else to check it to. I bought the factor from the native "hookup" man for three hundred greenbacks therefore i suppose I got what I purchased. it had been capable of displaying a HD signal, however not with nearly the attractiveness and quality because the hd66. therefore once an honest month at the workplace, and countless review and analysis hours, i made a decision to travel with the hd66 teamed up with the onkyo ht 6300 seven.1 surround sound system that i ordered at an equivalent time, by the method my wife was PISSED!! Ah well, cannot come it once it's absolutely put in and therefore the boxes are destroyed...guess we have a tendency to gotta keep it all, sorry! This projector, which surround sound system create a Wicked team. The Lions, and Pistons never looked therefore smart at losing at my house, and that i will shoot the dirt off a opponents nose in c.o.d from two hundred yards away! And ps3 blu-Ray is nuts!
Overall i'm a awfully exhausting person to please when it involves this stuff, a born skeptic. i'm terribly specific regarding my systems, how they're attached and preform. I hate dangling, exposed wires and can pay 2 weeks if necessary to excellent my setup. I never wright reviews solely browse them. I purposely fail client surveys, particularly those for the businesses I even have to form checks out four each month, directv, dte, sprint pcs,etc...(everything ought to be free n my opinion) however i used to be therefore happy with my hd66 i used to be impressed to grant back for once. cannot watch for the 3d-xl convertor box to drop!
