Future trends in wireless HD projector resolution transmission technology - wireless, high-definition, transmission technology - Education Industry

With the recent technological advances in high definition and wireless is no doubt the two have become the buzzword now, while they are also the future home theater as a major direction of development, manufacturers and consumers will be the focus of attention. Currently, high-definition digital home has become the main theme. Flat-panel TVs, HD Projector , High-definition Blu-ray disc players and other devices have been widely accepted by consumers. However, if these high-definition through wireless devices together to achieve shared to play the movie, no doubt the consumer is a great temptation to let users see digital home wireless HD transmission of hope.

Currently, there are two major wireless high-definition Union gradually emerges, namely the WirelessHD and WHDI. 2009, will become the two major coalition to launch wireless high-definition video standards are really the test of the year, while the actual wireless high-definition consumer electronics products will also be in the same year the first quarter.

Wireless HD transmission Technology Generation As HD White Home Theater , And popularized in the modern family, people looking more and more value home theater layout. TV DVD player , Projector, Sound Cable between the often complex and cumbersome, incompatible with the room decor, especially in home theater Speaker Placement problem, a connection between it and the host is tricky. On the other hand, with high definition Flat TV Gradually into the bedroom, study, watch television is no longer confined to the living room. However, the digital high-definition TV set-top boxes, Blu-ray players are still on the living room, bound by wire, bedroom, study, watch TV only regular TV program. Therefore, Sony Launched wireless high-definition video transmission equipment LF-W1BR can solve this problem.

However, more and more support for HD multimedia home theater equipment required for the complex connections between ensued, with IEEE802.11 b / g Wireless LAN Transmission standard of the Sony LF-W1BR has not fully respond well, along with its transfer rate is not very high, the new wireless HD video standard has also started brewing. Finally, WirelessHD and WHDI Union in 2008 introduced two new wireless HD video standard, which indicates that high-definition multimedia support with a variety of home theater equipment required for the connection between the complex to say goodbye. HD DVD or Blu Ray Disc ?

Should I go for an HD DVD player or an XBox 360 (which supports HD) or should I go for a Blu Ray Disc player or a Sony playerStation 3 (Supports Blu Ray) ? Out of these 4 , I'd like to go for the best in terms of video and audio quality output. Gaming doesnt matter to me. I also have heard that n HD can provide an output of only 5.1 while a blu ray provides 7.1 Further, are there any players (either hd or br) that provide separate outputs for each of my speakers? That would really improve sound quality, right? Also, does a blu ray play hd's and not cd's while an hd plays cd's (as in audio cd's), or do i have to buy a separate cd player because the audio quality from a dvd player is not that good? Btw, I plan to buy Jamo THX surround system, soon. What will be the best thing to go with it ? I'm also planning to buy an Onkyo reciever with it (804), and an LCD Plasma Projector...Infocus In82. Does the combination sound right? Please help soon. Thanks.

Well, from what I've seen recently on PRICEGRABBER. com....Sony's Blu Ray prices have dropped dramatically !!

That's a smart move for them.....

So the Blu Ray / HD DVD wars have begun.....

Choose Blu-Ray....the picture isn't any better, but the storage on the DVD is higher.

Also, concerning 5.1 and 7.1 Dolby.....7.1 Dolby signal is actually 5.1 's DISCRETE signal taken apart by a microprocessor to create 2 more FAKE channels that don't exist....they are just used to "fill in" between the Left/right REAR surround and the Front/Rear MIDDLE surround.....

It does a good job, but it is NOT it's own separate channel for those.....5.1 uses SEPARATE and Discrete channels of information for each output....

So 5.1 is all you need in reality...but 7.1 amps seem to have become prevalent to the point that 5.1 amps are getting rarer and very hard to find nowadays.....

OVERALL your theater system sounds good, but it's a MATTER of Personal preference....

LIKE MINE....I have a Hitachi Projection CRT with Verizon TV....
(DON'T tell me it sucks, I like it)
And I HAD an ONKYO 5.1
(Don't tell me it sucks, I NOW dislike that brand anyways),
until it blew up and WHACKED the entire channel (Capacitive coupling I'd take you over Direct coupling ANYDAY)

But I'm SERIOUSLY thinking DENON for Christmas...(Yamaha is in 2nd place)
And it's going to be 7.1 because it's hard to find 5.1 anymore...
